To appreciate this mod, you need to understand the problem it solves. In vanilla Skyrim, hair is "cloth" attached to the head's skeleton. When you turn your character, the hair turns with your skull instantly. It looks like a helmet.
Launch via SKSE. Open RaceMenu (showracemenu). Browse the hair section. You will see "Coco" in the hair name. If the hair does not move, your SMP is not loaded. Check your hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs folder. coco smp hdt hair pack
